Their Website:
Overview: 3 Keys is a family and dog
friendly brewery, cidery and restaurant modeled after European
and West Coast brewpubs. As a nano brewery, they have the
flexibility to release 2-3 new beers or ciders each week (Test
Batch Tuesday). Food is ordered at the bar and brought to your
table. There is a focus on fresh food that is locally sourced
and made from scratch. Their beef comes from a cattle farm
just 10 miles east where no steroids or hormones are used. The
menu also includes vegetarian, gluten friendly and vegan
options. Many ingredients in their beers and ciders, including
fruits, honey and more, are locally sourced as well.
About Their Beers

3 Keys Brewing, Cidery & Eatery is a nano brewery that makes ciders and the occasional mead as well. Their focus is on variety and innovation as they have several staple beers but churn out one or more new beers/ciders every single week. They have many seasonal or annual specialty beers, and when a new beer that comes out on Test Batch Tuesday is well-received it is added to the rotation. Hop heads will enjoy their flagship Mouthful of Freedom IPA as well as their Billy Fred Session IPA. There is truly something for everyone here, from their ambers, blonde ales, porters, stouts, ciders and more. When you find your favorite you can take home a glass growler or a glass or canned crowler, they have a can-sealer on-site.

Brewers Choice: Suns Out Buns Out - A nice hazy NEIPA with notes of tropical fruit from the Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic hops. A perfect companion for the Florida heat.
Drink Local Florida's Choice: Rye Preserve IPA - You don’t see Rye IPAs too often, but it's a great style of beer and this is one is superb. 7.7% ABV, 45 IBU
Hop-Heavy: Mouthful of Freedom - Tried and true, this flagship IPA is always available. Try it and you’ll know why. 6.2% ABV, 64 IBU
Brown Ales, Porters & Stouts: Porter? I Hardly Know Her - Malty, Roasty and one of their staples typically on draught. 5.8% ABV, 30 IBU
On the Lighter Side: Kolsch Me Ousside - Kolsch is a German beer style you need to drink to fresh. It is light and refreshing but with much more flavor than a pilsner. It is perfect for the 10 summer months in Florida and not a beer style you find too often. 5.3% ABV, 26 IBU
Ciders: Mixonmosa Cider - flavored with oranges from a local Manatee county farm and fermented with champagne yeast. Perfect for Saturday or Sunday brunch. 6.6% ABV
