Overview: Located inside the iconic Brewhouse Gallery in Lake Park Florida, The Kelsey City Brewing Co. is a 3 barrel nano brewery focused on small-batch production and original recipes you can only experience on-site. While other breweries are focused on distribution and large-scale manufacturing, they see craft beer differently by focusing on attention to detail, consistency, and brewing right in front of patrons. Their beers honor the history of Kelsey City (Lake Park’s original name) and 1920s South Florida. Each beer has a story behind it that is just as interesting as the taste.
About Their Beers
Kelsey City Brewing Co. focuses on small batch craft production rather than recipes catered for mass production and distribution. This provides maximum quality with careful attention to detail and allows the opportunity for continued innovation and experimentation, as with their rotating weekly (Treatment Tuesdays) beers infused with anything from chocolate, syrups, nuts, peppers, fruit purees, and spices to create an entirely new flavor and beer experience. There is a focus on providing a wide variety of beer styles and flavor profiles including IPAs (red, tropical and DIPAs), witbiers, Berliners, stouts and more, while each can include different adjuncts and treatments.

Brewers Choice: Engine 94 DIPA - A fairly strong, malty, and slightly hazy IPA with tropical fruit aromas and flavors
Hoppy: Packing House IPA - A juicy style specialty IPA with tropical hop aromas and flavors with a lower haze to avoid the gritty hops in your teeth
Roasty: Model Dairy Milk Stout - Our roasty version of the dark British beer mildly sweetened with milk sugar for that coffee and cream flavor
Crispy: B.T. Oakes Pilsner - Traditional bohemian pilsner with rich bready malt and continental Saaz hop profile
Refreshing: Prosperity Farms Belgian Witbier - Belgian style ale with notes of orange and spice that finishes refreshing and dry
Beach & Boat: Mangonia Floridaweiss - Berlinerweiss brewed with a hefty dose of mango and passionfruit
