Central Florida Wineries

There are 14 wineries in the Central Florida region spread out among nine counties. Only the Tampa Bay region has more wineries with 15, although Polk county is included in both regions so you could argue the two are tied. Eleven of the fourteen Central Florida wineries are Certified Florida Farm Wineries, while five offer vineyard tours, four host weddings and events and three offer u-pick fruit. Wineries in Central Florid range from family farms to one of the largest wine operations in the state (Lakeridge Winery in Clermont).

Please check the winery's website and consider calling before your visit. Here's why: Tours may be at set times or by appointment only. Wine tastings may or may not be free and may require advanced scheduling for groups; U Pick may be fruits other than grapes, as many Florida wines are made with blueberries, strawberries and more. U Pick is seasonal, not year-round.
